During this phase, we will conduct successive meetings with the aim of obtaining a complete overview of the processes that take place in your organization. Our goal is to achieve a holistic understanding of the organizational environment to identify bottlenecks, pain points, and areas for improvement.
Custom Workspace Build + AI, Automations & Integrations
We design a customized workspace for your organization and adapt it to your needs, iterating as many times as necessary. This phase seeks to optimize processes, integrate automations, and create systems that serve the organization in its activities. Our goal is to ensure that the proposed solutions are not only for the present but are scalable for the future.
Training, Data Migration & Onboarding
We provide general or specific training for departments to promote proper adoption of Notion. We design training programs focused on groups or individuals, covering both the general tool and the built workspace. Additionally, we record all sessions and deliver them to you afterward, so you can review and integrate them into the onboarding of new employees.
Ongoing System Maintenance & Support
For us, implementation doesn't end when the system is delivered, but when all its users are comfortable using it in their daily activities. However, it's inevitable that questions, problems, and setbacks will arise that couldn't be identified during the previous phases.
