Save Portals lets you create secure, client-facing portals from your Notion databases in minutes.
Perfect for: • Agencies sharing project status with clients • Consultants providing deliverable tracking • HR teams giving employees filtered access to records • Law firms sharing case updates securely
Key Features: ✓ Automatic permission filtering—clients only see their data ✓ Hide sensitive columns from external viewers ✓ No Notion account needed for clients ✓ Real-time sync with your Notion workspace ✓ Password-protected portal links ✓ Custom branding options
How it works: 1. Connect your Notion workspace 2. Select a database to share 3. Set permissions (who sees what) 4. Share the portal link with clients
Your clients get a clean, branded portal view of their projects—without accessing your internal Notion workspace or needing their own Notion account.
Stop emailing spreadsheet exports. Start sharing live, filtered data portals.
How to use
1. Click "Install" to connect SavePortals to your workspace 2. Authorize access to the Notion databases you want to share 3. Go to https://saveportals.com and sign up 4. Create your first portal by selecting a database 5. Configure row-level permissions (e.g., "clients see only their projects") 6. Set column visibility (hide internal notes, profit margins, etc.) 7. Copy the portal link and share it with clients via email 8. Clients access the portal with no login required (or with password if you set one)
Tip: Use the "Owner" or "Client" column in your database to automatically filter what each user sees.
